and even better! after a harsh period of depression and now 5 weeks gone through treatment (paxil)
i feel like im backto my normal routine and even calmer now
i can make better decisions, i got the charm back and i am ready to go out once again with friends and have good time

I know you've probably heard all this before but i really need/want help. I feel dead inside. I have no energy. No matter how well my day goes, deep down i'm always sad-it's like i'm always going to be sinking in sorrow. I just feel like i can't go on. Hiding my feelings from everyone is so exhausting, but i can't tell anyone. My friends just don't understand and my parents don't take me seriously. The counsellors in my reach don't take me seriously either, because i'm so young and i don't really have a reason for being so upset. It's like i have no energy. I can hardly think. What's happening?

I’m not so familiar with IBS, however, since taking Effexor, C is something I deal with all the time. Fiber then laxatives, and on it goes.

About 2 moths ago, I had absolutely horrible pain left side of my spine when I sat down. I couldn’t stand the pain and went to the ER.

CT scan showed liver, kidneys, spleen, appendix normal, except intestines were totally full from top to bottom. I knew I had problems with C, but I had no idea I had a blockage.

It wasn’t until about 2 wks after it all cleared, the pain lessened. Now, however, it is localized and I can now tell for sure that it is not my back at all. There is a noticeable bulge that goes horizontal, 5”long, under my left rib. I can press on it and doesn’t cause more pain or lessen the pain.

Gastro doc had me cough while feeling the bulge on my side. He said it is an over developed muscle, but he is not sure why it got that way.
Ultrasound of the bulge shows nothing unusual. I still have pain though.

i was in hawaii last week. I got a really nice tan. Although i was a little sun burn, i used alot of lotion everyday. now.. a few days later, i'm starting to peal alot!! Now my tan is soo uneven! how do i prevent pealing in the future? When you get a sunburn, does that mean that you WILL eventually peal?........ btw.. does using sunscreen prevent tanning? or do you still get tan

I am 18 and I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend yesterday and I think he used baby oil for lubrication and I started hurting a little bit after having sex, I was starting 2 burn and feel irritated and itchy and now I can't stop scratching, my vagina is very red and sore and I have a lot of chunky white discharge. Can somebody give me reasons for why this could be happening? Or do I have a yeast infection? It's probably just an allergic reaction right? is baby oil bad to use ?

by the way, the discharge is odorless, my vagina stops hurting if i dont think about it but as soon as i touch it , it starts burning and itching again. when i clean my vagina and get all the discharge out ; it doesn't come back for a while. i dont know what to do. also; my boyfriend has never cheated on me or had sex with anyone besides me and vice versa so i know i dont have an STD. I NEED HELP !

What else could it possibly be? I took an upper GI tract test of some sort before I was diagnosed, and I really cant believe that the test was not accurate... I recently did a C UREA breath test, and Ill have the results to that test in about a week now. Im just wondering what I can expect. Okay, please cut me some slack here; this is, far and away, the most embarrassing and humiliating thing I've ever asked anyone in my entire life. Worse yet, I'm asking the free world of complete strangers. This is going to sound pretty nasty, so please don't give me any grief, as I'm already kind of scared as it is.

Okay, here goes. I'm a 19 year old male, virgin at that.About a month ago, I used the bathroom, and saw there was blood. I wiped, and didn't seem to be bleeding, so I disregarded it for the most part; after all, it wasn't much. Then a few weeks ago, it happened again. Again, not much blood, but still kind concerned me. Then tonight, it happened again, and I'm, quite frankly, starting to get scared.

I'll admit, I've never studdies human anatomy before. And perhaps, I don't know, maybe it's from "wiping too much" or something? I'm hesitant to ask a doctor, because A) my family doctor is female, and B) if I ask to see a new doc, my family might get worries. What should I do?

I have a friend who's having pulsing in his forehead that makes him dizzy. He says it doesn't hurt, only dizziness occurs, and that it could be caused by the lack of medication he's been taking...any idea of what this could be? Thanks!

I have severe anxiety and have had it for years. I've always taken Xanax, only as needed which amounted to about only a total of 2mg needed per month. I want to ask my doctor if I can try Valium instead of Xanax for occasional use.

I have three questions.

1. If you have safely used Xanax, can it be expected that you will not have an adverse reaction to valium then?

2. What is the major difference in the two drugs. I know valium lasts longer, but what other noticable affects will there be?

3. Is valium less addictive and better for longer term, use then Xanax?

I've been wearing contacts for 9 years and just started having this problem about a year ago. I wake up in the mornings and I have this stringy goo in my eyes. I know that sounds nasty but I have no other way to describe it. Usually by the end of the day I've pulled about 3 stringy goo's from each eye. What makes things slightly worse is that I wear contacts so during the day if a goo appears it tends to stick to my contact. So I have to blink like 50 times to get it to move! lol. The goo is usually under my lower lid and it's sometimes easy to get out. Other times it's just too small to see. But I can tell it's there because it will stick to my contact. I don't sleep in my contacts, I don't have an infection, I'm currently taking Elestat drops for eye allergies. The doc said that may help clear up the goo. Well it hasn't. It's not causing any problems it's just inconvenient and the doctor hasn't been able to give me a good explanation. Has this ever happened to any of yall?

I have this relaly weird back and neck pain that comes at random times. The pain ranges from soreness to burning. The pain is always located at the part of my back directly behind my breasts. I've also gotten neck pain. The neck pain is usually soreness and is at the back of my neck. it feels like someone is pulling on the muscles of my neck. I was wondering if my breasts could be the cause or is it something else? I am a D cup but I haven't been properly fitted in a long time and recent trips to the department store are showing that I might be growing to a DD. If my breasts are the culprit would that mean I need a breast reduction or is there another alternative?
