I have a friend who's having pulsing in his forehead that makes him dizzy. He says it doesn't hurt, only dizziness occurs, and that it could be caused by the lack of medication he's been taking...any idea of what this could be? Thanks!

Have him find out if his blood sugars could have something to do with this. This could be a symptom of Diabetes or some other hormone imbalance.

I would recommend that he see his doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

There is no medicine for almost all painful /non-infectious diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine.
Acupuncture is the best treatment.
