Hi:

YES! Absolutely when I have anxiety I may times I am cold. A cold that is just down to the bone. My doctor said it is because the anxiety is using all my body's energy that there is little left to give me the warm feeling and that is when I will feel very cold and there really isn't much I can do to warm up.

Be safe and be well
