My period is always a few days off each month, between the 5th and 10th of each month. I normally mark it down on my calendar so I can look back and see when I should be getting it in relation to the last several months. I normally have really bad cramps the day or two before and low and behold.. I've had cramps for the past 2 days. Last night they were really bad so I figured, "I'll probably end up getting my period sometime tomorrow."

I woke up this morning to some brown spotting and I'm not sure if it's normal in my situation, so any insight would be appreciated. Here's outside information I have to offer:

- I had sex 2 Saturday night with my boyfriend, but we were protected and he didn't ejaculate inside me, because it was my first time and as embarrassed as I am to say, I was afraid.
- I've been stressed out over school, friends, work, and other various things in my life.

Serious answers only, please.

I just cant understand it, I know they are people like me, I know they wont hurt me, I know if I become nervous is when I'll be making a fool of myself yet what do I do? I become nervous, I panic, why?

I try, I try to fight it, be confident yet every time I have to present something in front of a crowd my heart starts beating heavily, swelling in my chest, my hands shake, and I feel like I stand funny, why is this, what is this fear? Is it normal? How can I overcome it?

yesterday I woke up and my vision was really blurry to the point where I couldn't make anything out, I was kinda freaked out I kept blinking and rubbing my eyes and it wouldn't go away until about 5 minutes later. I just went to the eye doctors for a check up about 3 months ago too and all was fine. I don't wear glasses or contacts either.

History: I have trochanteric bursitis, and have had two intrabursal injections with lidocaine and a steriod. Each injection relieved pain for about 3 months. I haven't had a shot since March (no medical insurance) and am currently taking taking tramodol with moderate relief. I now also suspect that I have bursitis in the knee.

My question is, does anybody know of a particular exercise or treatment that might help more? I'm particularly wondering about acupuncture or another alternative therapy, but any suggestions will help. Also, has anyone developed bursitis of the knee after being diagnosed with bursitis of the hip?

hello i'm a labourer and i hoped to get at least to 40 years of age before having to pack it in. this morning i woke up in agony. my wrists are killing me i have spina bifida by proxy as well so the hairy patch on my spine is driving me nuts. i couldnt make it into work so i had to tell my line manager. i've taken knocks and cracks that would put a person of normal strength in hospital. i feel really sorry for myself today, i dont feel well. i work for an agency and the foreman told me this wednesday was my last day, so why the hell should i bother going across town for another 2 days work. all i've done with most of my working life is labour. and i'm **** scared of having to face reality that all the knocks and cracks have taken their toll on me. i have no friends and i feel like i've let my missus down as well. i'm only 35 the future for me is very bleak. how do i get out of this? any info is of great help. thank you.

My mind is always going. It's always thinking about something, it never shuts down and its driving me nuts. It's keeping me from living the life I want to live. How can I train my brain to tune out all the little, unimportant thoughts that creep to my attention and only focus on me living out the life I was meant to live?

I heard that large amounts of dopamine is found on stutterers, and one advice is to take antipsychotics to lower them down.
