I was 75 kgs and have come down to 66kgs and I need to loose another 10kgs. My hip section is big and quite hard to reduce. Any suggestions / advice?

that's common...usually the hips and stomach are the hardest areas to lose weight. Targetting doesn't usually work, but if you keep your current routine and add in more hip specific exercises it should help tone up the muscle and slim the hips a bit more.

If you are young... Go in for Exercise session in the morning

Do Squats daily and increase its count day by day

Stretch out a lot by doing some stretching exercises

Drink lot of water , and less of Junk Food

Eat at the correct time and give lot of time for food to digest

Don go to bed immediately after bed.. This results in stagnated fat content
