nope it doesnt work this way,see if you wanna know the vision of a nearsighted person lets assume this person needs a - 3D prescription you have to wear a pair of glasses that has +3D,it also works the other way around,if you like to know how a farsighted person without glasses feels lets say he/she wears + 6D then you gotta wear lenses with - 6D

No, when I take my glasses off everything is fuzzy and I can't see very far, but when somebody else wears my glasses everything appears curved, so no it's not the same.

No. They have a sight defect that the glasses correct. You have good sight and the glasses distort your vision. The two events are unconnected.

Prescription glasses are, like prescription medicines, intended ONLY for the person for whom they are prescribed. they won't necessarily do anything for others. Unlike medicines they can't kill you but they could cause headaches.
