Bad, it has low quality carbs and probably mayo. Try something with wheat pita bread, meat, veggies, and musterd (not mayo).

There are hardly any calories in a tuna salad.
As for a healthy lunch, have a tuna sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, oil, vinegar, and black pepper on Whole Wheat.

No its very low in calories. Plus tuna has loads of omega 3 which is good for brain development. So eat all you want....
