caring for rgp contact lens?

i know you have to clean contacts before and after using it but is it ok to just leave your contact lenses in its case for several hours before cleaning it...like say you're outdoors and you pop out your contacts and dont have your cleaning solution with you?

Well, it's certainly better than leaving them in the open to dry out.
Yes, it should be fine as long as you properly clean them as soon as possible.
