i play volleyball for at least once a week for about 1-2 hours and am planning on adding jumping rope for once a week to that...i cant really do jumping rope everyday as i am busy with schoolwork do you think this is enough to get a lean body and lose weight?...i also eat vegetables regularly

of course it will help you lose wieght, but you wont see any kind of a change in a week, give your self a month, if you expect to see a change in a week you will just get discouraged, make your goal for 1 m0nth not one week.

probably not. i work out everyday (kinda have to) and i have been the same weight for a year. now i don't workout hardcore or anything but it's for an hour everymorning. but i think if you want to lose weight and get lean you have to put a little more effort into it.

If you increase your calorie output without increasing your calorie input you will lose weight. Jumping rope should be a good cardio workout.

if i were you, i would try doing the jumproping two times a week, or cutting it down to 1/2 hour and doing it 3-4 times a week. you will get better results that way!

if you do it properly like a boxer then you'd get rid of fat in abdominal, legs, arms areas & thus acheive leaner phsique

yes, but don't over-do yourself. you can lose weight by doing that, but just don't get too skinny.
