Is Hamburger-Goulash Healthy & Is Spanish-Rice Healthy >??

You can prepare them, so they are healthier.
1. For Hamburger, use lean meat, grass fed beef, or turkey.
2. For the Goulash, use less salt, reduce the sauce, try to use fresh veggies, or frozen.
3. For Spanish Rice, use fresh brown rice, fresh tomatoes and peppers, and much less salt.

I guess the overall message is to cut out as much salt as possible, and use more freshly prepared ingredients, rather than processed... And it will be Healthier.

I do not know what hamburger goulash is. However, any rice dish can be healthy if it is not fried (or if it is, in a good oil, such as olive) and made with brown rice.

Personally, I don't think hamburger is healthy, but that's a different story.

To my opinion absolutely NOT. Well if you drink this with 1/2 liter of water then you most likely will not gain from it because the water is breaking the fat. Find some more great tips in article attached in my source!!
