There is no limit other than what you can lift yourself. Everyone is different and some people are naturally stronger than others. That only means that if you wish to be strong as well, you just have to work at it a little harder.

Don't listen to these people who say lifting weights young will stunt growth. There is absolutely no scientific evidence to support this myth. As long as you're lifting correctly and safely, you'll be fine. Injury only comes about when lifting more than what one is capable of, or doing so in an unsafe manner. I highly recommend finding a decent personal trainer, or at least an experienced adult to show you how to exercise correctly so you can avoid injury and get the most out of your lift. Another teen will not be sufficient since they are inexperienced simply because of their age.

I really don't think there is a maximum for age groups. Just don't try to go beyond your own capabilities. If your capable of lifting 300lbs. then do it. But if you've never lifted anymore then 150, don't even mess with 300. Just slowly work your way up to heavier weights, and the sky is the limit.

It's always best to workout once you have fully grown and developed. Have you ever heard of that really young boy, probably about 10 years old who was muscular after having exercised a lot? He grew up and developed a hunch. I'm sure you wouldn't want to do this to yourself.

But you can probably lift small weights, like you mentioned; 3Kg - 4Kg.

Depends on how you're built, and you don't want to over do it. Start small and then just keep going up in your weight BUT do know that lifting weights at that age stops your growth. Unless you like being 5'4 i suggest you don't weight lift so much. You still have a few years of growing to do, don't stop it.

3Kg is fine even 10 won't do you any real harm just avoid dead lifts or military presses they put too much pressure on your back

there is no maximum weight for an age range. use as much weight as you can control while keeping proper form. injury occurs when improper form is used not from using heavy training loads.

You can lift as much weight as you can lift. Simple as that.
Don't listen to Kam. She's ignorant to weight training
LIFTING WEIGHTS DOES NOT STUNT YOUR GROWTH.
