I know that both are good for circulation and good for your heart.
What i'm concerned about is I'm not sure how much of each i should take...and is it safe to take both at the same time. And which would be best for circulation and such??
Last time i was at the doctors, i simply forgot to ask and i am getting ready to go to the store so i need to pick some up.
They tested my blood and said that my B12 level was ok, so is there a risk of OD if i take the supplement?
And is CQ10 only for older people?
How much of each IU should i consume daily?

doesn't the period last longer? cause the blood that has to come out is blocked. is there a way to lessen the blood during our periods? things besides birth control? i noticed that when i stretch out my legs and get active during my period the blood comes out more later on.

I understand that the tuberculosis test is a test for TB antibodies, using a small amount of TB antigen. My question is, if you get too many TB tests, will your body eventually make antibodies for the antigen, causing a positive test result?

I was once told by a worker that mental institutions will diagnose a patient for everything possible so they can get them on as many drugs as possible. My question is Why? I was told that this is a scam to milk the state for more money, for instance, if you say that a patient is taking 10 pills a day, worth $50 a pill. The state will provide $500/day for that patient prescription. When infact the pills actually cost $20/pill, so the institution can pocket a little money.

I have gotten a filling done on my tooth next to my front ones. And it is hurting. I got the filling done about 5 months ago or less and it just started hurting yesterday. I dont want a root canal. Can it be my toothpaste? I use colgate.

The gum underneath the tooth, which is the one on my left side of the bottom of my mouth hurts like heck when i touch it. if i press on it or my nail goes a little under the gum it hurts so much it feels like i hit a nerve or something. if i do the same thing to the other side of my mouth it doesnt hurt at all. I really hate the dentist.....i dont want to go! =[ (i know if it keeps up i will have to go..) could it be gingivitis, so all i need to do is get some mouthwash and clean regularly?

13 year old daughter began complaining of stomach cramps around 5/6 days ago. abdominal pain gradually got worse during week, on thurs/friday morning the pain got very painful and kept her awake all night. she struggled to walk, couldnt sit down by the morning , felt nauseous. took her to the doctors (friday morning),he examined her and told me to take her to the hospital has he suspected appendicitus, . At the hospital the doctor examined her, a blood/urine test was done which were normal. The doctor didnt really know what it could be but said that it didnt look like appendictus and sent her home. My daughter was ok on saturday just minor pain and today she has been ok. However, in the past 2/3hours my daughter complained of pain in her abodomen and has got bad diaherea to the point her bum is sore. She says she feels nauseous but has no pain only when using toilet. Should i take her back to the hospital? could it be her appendix?

My strictly indoor cat escaped last night to our patio and basically was roaming all over the area for about 8hrs. She is three legged due to the reaction 5 yrs ago to rabies vaccine-had to amputate her leg. So she is not current on vaccines. She was all covered in weeds-I have a feeling she was rolling in a grass. I gave her bath with anti bacterial soap, followed by cat shampoo and isolated her in a separate room. I have 3 more cats who are also not current on vaccines.
On Monday she is going to vet so that I cat get her Revolution for possible fleas and teaks she got.
Should I be worried about anything else? Like viruses ? I looked over the area to see if there are dead mice-nothing. She does not seem to have any scratches-I am worried she might have been with street cats. What else can I do?

I am twelve years old and I have a sour taste in my mouth (bad breath) I guess. I have white lumps on the inside of both of my lips. I get mouth ulcers and I have a few lumps on the back of I went to the dentist the other week and they should be able to see abnormailities. On a recent question, I was told to tell my friend who was hosting this swimming party what was going on. I'm not sure how comfortable I'll be with that...any other suggestions? I think I was abused, I can’t remember it much at all. I have memories of an older woman holding me and smiling down at me in a wrong way, other than that its all just fuzzy bits and pieces. For the most part I had a good childhood, but those memories haunt me. I am sixteen, and I cut myself on a regular basis, before that I had cried myself to sleep every night. I have professional help, but I’m so incredibly scared and embarrassed. All my therapist has said so far is that im clinically depressed, I know I should tell her, but its harder than it sounds. I’ve told my friends about the cutting, but not the abuse, and now they are starting to believe that im just doing this for attention and they don’t like to be around me since I am mostly in a depressed mood. I don’t know what to do anymore, I just want to get on with my life before I screw it up for good.

Unfortunately, i smoke ciggerettes. But, im not stupid enough to smoke one at all anytime soon since i just got my wisdom teeth out. Pubic hair and facial hair, specifically. This is a re-post (please read below after this), but I need to add more detail....
