Sushi is mostly lean fish and carbohydrates you burn off in half an hour, it is the cream cheese ones that add a little, but over all you can eat as much as you want and not worry.

The most dangerous thing about your diet is having to go haul it up. People die at sea. Pull on some seaboots and
after several hours offshore the sushi gets more rewarding.

Personally, I wouldn't consume so much raw stuff....you have no idea how much bacteria and micro-organisms there are.
Plus, since our world is becoming so polluted and you don't know where these fish came from, and people handle these before it's presented to you....god knows where their hands have been....So, I would for the benefit of my own health eat less of it.
Once in a while is ok.
Btw, I love sashimi and sushi too!!

your question is too vague for an accurate answer. it would all depend on the type of sushi that is being consumed.
in terms of it being harmful, not hardly especially when compared to the average American diet that is loaded with processed food items with hundreds of various chemicals.

I'd eat about 4 in one meal.
Try eating it 3 times a week if you can. = ]
It might be harmful! So be on the safe side!

I've never eaten sushi before. But, I personally would ask if the fish could be cooked to insure that all bacteria is removed.
