A vasectomy usually does not cause erection problems. However, pain after the operation may affect sexual performance for a time, and if a man was not comfortable with his decision to have a vasectomy, or is having second thoughts, it could affect him psychologically.

Then the man has erectile dysfunction. It was not caused by the vasectomy, unless it is a psychological side effect. There are plenty of medications available to help him maintain an erection. He should see a urologist or his regular doctor.

he needs to see his doctor if this is something that started after his vasectomy. A vasectomy should not affect his sex drive, it may be something mental. Men are very sensitive about that area.

A vasectomy can’t cause this, stop listening to urban legends.

He needs a psychologist, this is all in his head.

There are things on the market to help men with arousal. Check with an adult store and I am sure they would know just what you both need.
