been there, done that-energy drinks actually make you more tired..they make you feel energetic and then you think there working, and you end up passing out while reading or something. I've had the same problem throughout highschool and college-to much homework and not enough time-so instead of trying to do homework late-do it whenever you have a break, like studyhalls of extra time at lunch you don't use. And if you really need a lot of energy for staying up late doing homework, if your in shape its easier to get less sleep, so start working out.

Energy drinks don't really help for this, unless they are caffeine based; you run the danger of getting sugar highs and lows. A good diet and plenty of water is a better bet - I always find a glass of water and a breath of fresh air helps when I am tired BUT I also think you need to talk to someone (parents, teachers) about the amount of work you are getting or about the other areas of your life that don't leave you enough time for studying (job, sports?). Also you might be as well having a blood sugar check if you aren't trying to cram too much into your lfe and you are still tired.

A lot of people have already mentioned the dangers of too much sugar and caffeine - and rightly so.
I use XS Energy Drinks - they're very good and sugar free. The energy you get from them comes from vitamin B and healthy herbs such as ginseng. Best of all, they are less expensive than a lot of other brands including Red Bull.
You can get XS Energy Drinks at wduever.qhealthbeauty.com

Sugar. plenty. heavily, glucose powers your strategies, and in case you want to stay alert at night, it facilitates. Chewing gum or writing with a pen fairly than typing facilitates, if purely because of the fact it retains you transferring. I additionally propose turning on each and all the lights in the room, enjoying lively music (over headphones, not audio device) and getting up out of the chair each and every 20 minutes, whether that is merely to crack your knuckles and sit down lower back. maximum human beings have some 20 minute interest span in the past their concentration slips, so in case you're taking a a million-minute smash each and every 20 minutes, it will instruct you a thank you to concentration on regardless of you're doing. additionally, pay interest to regardless of you in my opinion conflict with. some human beings get sore eyes, and could use eye drops. i'm getting extremely chilly, tremendously my abdomen, so I drink a great number of decaf green tea and placed on a jacket.

They will help you stay up, but you will develop a tolerance to caffiene fairly quickly and if you are not used to large ampunts of caffiene, your attention might be shot the first few times. They are great for staying up to finish a project or do some last-minute cramming, but not for daily use.

Take 5 whole coffee beans and chew them up. Swallow them with some warm water, just a little. This will keep you going up to 4 hours without having to get up in the middle of the night to relieve yourself.

yeah, they'd help you stay up but they definitely would make you lose concentration. you could always do 3/4ths of your homework at night then wake up super early and finish it.
some college students use energy pills or whatever because it helps them concentrate and stay up for a long time, but i suggest you dont use them because it's terrible to not get enough sleep.
if you really want to do good in school and you care that much you have to realize that sleeping is important for good grades. try to finish your homework at lunch or in the class so you dont have as much when you get home.
