I know that both are good for circulation and good for your heart.
What i'm concerned about is I'm not sure how much of each i should take...and is it safe to take both at the same time. And which would be best for circulation and such??
Last time i was at the doctors, i simply forgot to ask and i am getting ready to go to the store so i need to pick some up.
They tested my blood and said that my B12 level was ok, so is there a risk of OD if i take the supplement?
And is CQ10 only for older people?
How much of each IU should i consume daily?

Co Q10 is not only for older people, I started to take it since i was young because of my heart problem, and its awesome. 100mg a day its all you need. Its better to skip one month, Both B complex and Co Q10 will give you energy, and you have to take them morning or noon. For circulation, Also try Omega3-6-9, and you have a perfect combination. i use that as well.

You are not going to have a problem taking vitamin B and CoQ10. You can take them separate or together and you will not have an overdose. CoQ10 is not for older people, it's for anyone who is fatigued and needs energy and support for their heart. I find it to be one of the best supplements you can take. I recommend 100mg, in soft gel form for best absorption, three times a day.
