You need to be clinically examined in order to determine any type of diagnosis. Only a dentist or doctor can do that. However, from your general description there is a type of mouth condition called Leukoplakia. It presents a white leathery lumps on the inside of the mouth and sides of the tongue. It is most often caused by smoking or some type of irritation. At times it can be considered pre-cancerous, which is all the more reason to go have this checked out. It is extremely rare, however, for a 12 year old to have leukoplakia unless you are smoking or have some other irritant (sharp teeth or braces). Go to a doctor for an examination.

I think I know what you are asking.
You could have a yeast infection in your mouth OR an allergy to mint or another ingredient in the toothpaste, mouthwash. The strips always burn my mouth. Some people are more sensitive.
Try taking some hydrogen peroxide. Just about a spoonful and dilute it in a small glass of water. Use that to rinse your mouth. It will foam up in places that are high in bacteria. Also, avoid mouthwashes with alcohol in them. Act has their original green one that has no alcohol. They also have one that is bubblegum flavored.
Brush well and floss. Brush your tongue too.
If you do have a yeast infection in your mouth, you need to see a doctor about some medicine. Usually they give a liquid that you swirl and spit out or logenzers you suck on. Look up Oral Thrush to see what the symptoms are and what it looks like.

Oral squamous cell carcinoma affects about 30,000 Americans each year. Ninety percent are smokers. Alcohol is also a risk factor. Early, curable lesions are rarely symptomatic; thus, preventing fatal disease requires early detection by screening. Treatment is with surgery, radiation, or both. The overall 5-yr survival rate is 52%. Symptoms of Oral cancer: Skin lesion, lump, or ulcer: * On the tongue, lip, or other mouth area * Usually small * Most often pale colored, may be dark or discolored * May be a deep, hard edged crack in the tissue * Usually painless initially * May develop a burning sensation or pain when the tumor is advanced Additional symptoms that may be associated with this disease: * Tongue problems * Swallowing difficulty * Mouth sores * Abnormal taste Consult an ENT specialist.

You need to see your doctor to find out if you have a mouth condition that needs some treatment.
You won't have cancer hunny. Mouth cancers tend to appear in older people who've smoked most of their lives. Please don't worry.
Get your parents to buy you a Sonic Toothbrush - these are great for getting your teeth really clean, they don't cause damage to your gums and your mouth feels great after using one.
The mouthwash might be causing you pain due to the alcohol in it. I don't like strong mouthwash at all. Try to get something milder, or buy a medicated one from the chemists.
If you're getting mouth ulcers it could be because you're a bit run down. Make sure you eat a healthy diet and try to get a decent quality multivitamin/mineral supplement. You need to eat lots of fruit and vegetables too. Try to stay away from junk food.

mouthwash especially will sting your tongue and mouth if you have mouth ulcers because of the alcohol in it. rinse with warm salt water every night and occasionally peroxide (dont swallow).

This is unllikely to be mouth cancer, but it does sound like some type of infection, thrush is a likely culprit.
See your Dr and get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
tehre are lots of good options given here, but while they are good general treatments, they can agravate some conditions.
