No. However, they do have sex with lots of men, so the odds that they might are decent, though most prostitutes are careful about protection. Anyone who has lots of sex (or sex at all) could get an STD. Just be careful, I personally wouldn't do stuff with a prostitute, find someone who will support you emotionally and sexually.
