it's basically a disclaimer put there to scare away those that don't know much about using supplemental protein powders for weight loss. using supplemental protein powders and mrps would only be a small part of a weight loss or weight management program. people here in the US have tendency to abuse supplements and weight loss products by thinking that if some is good that more is better. a diet comprised of mainly supplemental proteins and/or mrp's would not have a favorable effect on health.

It's just there to tell them because people who wanna lose weight would probably eat a lot of them, figuring it's really good for their body. But, too much can cause the system to slow down, and cause major constipation. Ouch.
