This is a re-post (please read below after this), but I need to add more detail.... I am looking for something thats like say a procedure (but not an actual reduction) and not as drastic or expensive... or maybe a product- like a cream or something??? not just exercises... thanks, i know they are helpful, but I thought with all the technology now, there might be some new kinds of procedure or something... or maybe like the mesotherapy... anyone know?? thanks

anyone know of any new treatments to help firm breasts?? that actually work, and dont cost a fortune ?

i am 30 and would so LOVE to get a reduction/lift, but i am single, dont have kids yet and want them someday, so seems like the smart thing to do would be to wait til after kids...

but what can i do in the mean time???
help!! thanks

Here is the absolute cheapest answer to your question.
PUSH UPS. If you firm the muscle underneath, it helps to support the breasts from within. That way, there would be less that the bra is supporting, so easier on the shoulders (straps won't dig in as much). You may also want to work on strengthening your back, both upper and lower. Large breasts can really make your back ache if there are not strong muscles to counterbalance.

Good luck!

Creams pills and herbs are all scams and do not work, and if they do they are in no way permanent.

Work out and lose weight and see if anything happens to your breasts. If its more fatty you will lose in the breast, if its more dense breast tissue your only option is a breast reduction.
