Hi.
At the begining of the summer I started a work-out routine and started eating much healthier. I dont eat anything like I used to, I barely drink soda now, and before summer I wasnt working out at all, now I go to the gym almost 3 times a week and work my @ss off. And if I dont go to the gym, I have a routine I do at home. What is the problem? I weigh 140 and my BMI is 26.4 I am 14 and i am 5, 1'. I would be happy if I just lost 5 pounds! Atleast its a start! My long term weight loss goal is 115. What am I doing wrong? Any tips?
