Its 2:20 am and im starving. Im on a diet because id like to be one size smaller for school. All i ate two days agowas celarey and oat meal. And all I ate yesturday was oat meal and a bowl of rice and chicken. My stomach is growling and im afriad if i eat write now ill gain the calories that i just burned off from working out two days ago and yestuday and today.

What should i do

go to the kitchen and have some decent food!!!
can you imagine how surprised your friends will be when they see you a bit thinner one day and a lot heavier a few days later?
that's what happens when you starve/deprive your body - all you lose is water weight and muscle not fat and slow down your metabolism -as soon as you start eating again you will gain back more than lost.
what you are doing is contributing to the yo-yo cycle.
to lose fat you only have to create slight deficit in daily caloric intake - doing it wright by healthy eating (5-6 small meals a day) and cardio.
also it doesn't matter what time of the day you eat- as long as you dont consume more calories than spend during the day you are not gona gain weight. (only old school dietitians who dont update their knowledge will tell you not to eat after certain time)

Actually Jennifer did you know that you can lose weight while eating quite a lot of food, it just means eatting the right foods at the right time.

The way you are trying to diet your body goes into a starvation mode and holds onto any calories that you eat.

You probably will lose weight with your style of dieting but the weight you will lose is muscle, not fat.

The goal of weightloss should be improved health as well as looking good.

If you learn to eat right you can achieve both.

Yeah, not eating actually makes your metabolism slower. So when you start eating regularly again, you gain the weight back faster. If you diet the right way, you won't be hungry in the middle of the night (or early morning, in this case).

no you shouldn't eat at night because you can't burn off those calories. go to bed and eat something in the morning
