been having bad stomach aches and lower back pain every night. could this be a side effect?

Yes, it's possible that it could be a side effect of the Seasonale. Especially the stomach pain if it is coming from nauseau. I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor as well to have them evaluate the situation further to see what they think is going on.

it very well could be your periods are so controled that it may not let your body do as it needs
