well its not me but one of my family has it and shes only 13 what does it mean? does it mean she has internal bleeding

unless she's eaten alot of beets? she should see a doctor immediately if she's bleeding. a tear in your intestines very serious, hope she's ok.

She needs to see a doctor. When the blood is red it is coming from somewhere in the lower abdomen. If it were black it would be coming from the stomach or higher in the abdomen.

Hemorrhoids can also cause bleeding to occur. This definitely needs to be evaluated by her doctor to see what they think is going on.

Blood in the stool is not a good sign. Please get her checked out ASAP. It could be a number of things but needs to be seen to!
