I'm fifteen years old and my weight oddly goes back and fourth between 98 - 140 and my doctor said to try and stay on a healthy diet but, I dunno what exactly that consist off. I dont wanna count calories I just need good breakfast ideas and stuff like that. Does anyone have a good website ?
