Heating pad, heating pad, heating pad!! My cramps have been severe ever since I started my cycle when I was a teen. They get so bad that I would be doubled over in pain. I do know that pamprin (or something similar to that) does seem to help a little bit! Another thing, there are some b/c pills out there that do seem to help with that time of the month, or even cut it out all together. I'd talk to your Doc and let them know how severe it is and see what they can offer you!
I know what you're goin through girl!! Good luck!

I don't know how old you are but I had cramps from the first day I started my period. I am 50 now and had a complete hysterectomy in my 30's after my last child. Prescription Ibuprofen works well but you have to get that from your Dr. and there may be other things out now. I & so does my Daughter always took a nice warm bath and just relaxed, I always put a heating pad on my tummy I see stuff on TV I know midol is still around & better they say other than that hun, I'd see a Dr. Feel Better

thats how my cramps are, however ive discovered that taking advil and then sound asleep is the only ingredient that relives me of soreness. I fairly tend to take a seat down there and in basic terms cry in my mattress too after taking medicine yet finally i'm able to a approach or the different doze off regardless of the soreness and when I awaken im all greater powerful

try eating a piece of chocolate it actually can make you feel a little better. if you have no pamprin or anything, take some aleve or advil, they're good for cramps. you can also take tylenol or ibuprofen but they dont really work as well.
or a hot water bottle on your lower belly. also a lower back rub can help too, if you have anyone around to help you out.

Cramps so horrible that one can't function during their period needs to be evaluated by their doctor to see what could be causing it.
