Anyone know if it'll do damage to my insides? I don't believe it will, I think I've heard that I'll just have bad cramping, but anyone who has had this happen to them before, can you tell me anything?

I came down with an ultra severe sore throat and couldn't eat anything for three full days. I was dehydrated, so I'm already drinking water all day long. I was able to eat some oatmeal this morning...I just wondered if anyone out there has been through something similar? I lost 10-12 pounds in that time period.

I am trying to gain some weight back. Well, more like 10-15 lbs. I am starting today with my working out and eating alot more. I was wondering if there is a pill that I can take with my meals that will help my appetite pick up more and help with the weight gain. But I dont want to it to get out of control. I want to be able to work out and tone as the weight comes on.

I am 5"6 and 120lbs, right now. I want to get back up to 130-135lbs. I have always been petite..all my life 105-115lbs until I got pregnant in 2003. Then i was 145 lbs, but could not get comfortable with all the new weight, so I stopped eating and lost 20 lbs. Now, my body has gotten condiditioned to not eating and not that I want to gain some back, its hard.

So is there anythign I can take with my food or drink? Or certain types of foods that wil lhelp me gain that wwight back?

I've had issues in my past need resolving that I have finally decided to talk to someone about professionally. I am 17, and have plans of training in childcare for a year, than Nanning in America for two years. The problem is the application forms al ask if I've ever had depression or gotten help, and I'm scared if I say yes that they won't let me go. I have never physically harmed anyone or anything, and I don't have a police record. I really need to see someone before the problems come back, or continue to remind me of an unhappy past. I don't know what I want to do, because my Nanny exchange is important to me, but getting counsilling is probably not something I should put off for the next three years. What should I do? I thought getting counsilling was a normal part of life?

I went to Red Lobster on Tuesday nite last week. I ate a lobster and snow crab legs. Wednesday nite I started to feel hot and I had a fever of 101. Thursday nite I had a fever of 103.5. I was taking Cold/flue relief medicine and aspirin but nothing seems to help. The lowest my fever went down was 99 in the past five days. It is usually around a 100 throughout the day. I have no other symptoms and I feel fine in the mornings. Any idea if I should go see a doctor or what kind of medicine I should try? Or is it going to go away by itself? I dont feel sick and I dont feel like I have a fever at all.

I don’t intend this to be a joke. I know I’m not schizophrenic or anything of the sort but lately, I’ve been hearing all sorts of things in my head! I sometimes hear bits of muffled conversation like it’s coming from outside my window or somewhere else in the house but there’s no one there!! (And no, the place isn’t haunted) Then, other times, like when I’m just about to fall asleep, I hear a loud voice or a door slam and it sounds like it’s right next to my ear. And I know it isn’t my sister playing a practical joke on me. After all, it happens around 12.30am or 1.00 in the morning!!

I know I’m imagining all these things. But why?

Check this out.. My wife in Germany has a German friend whom she is: Female, 50 years old, is 164 meters high, and weighs 50 kg takes multivitamin, workout about 3 times a week; running, aerobics etc. She eats one brotchen in the mornings with three cups of coffee, each cup of coffee she addtionally adds two tablespoon full of instant coffee. She eats lots of sweets and she thinks she is overweight. My wife believes she is not bulimic or anorexia but the point is that the lady thinks that is better to be underweight than overweight. My wife said to her that it is dangerous to be underweight. The lady does not believe it. When my wife researched in the internet all that she found was that underweight people might have vitamin deficiency, problem with her period, anemia, but really nothing else compared to overweight people which have a mountain of things that can go wrong including heart attacks. If a person does not have Anorexia or Bulimia is it dangerous to be underweight?if so, How?

I generally don't get PMS bad. I feel achy, sick to my stomach, and my back hurts and I just feel over all weak and tired. Am I sick, or just pms? Is this something I have just been lucky and avoided otherwise? I had some cramps yesterday but they went away. I wasn't able to sleep well last night either. Any ideas or suggestions? I need to make it through the day at work today.

I get really nauseous every time I attempt to read in a moving vehicle (car). Whether it's a book, magazine, newspaper or a small piece of writing, I get extremely nauseous that I start to gag. The nauseousness carries on till I down something, like food or a warm drink or else, it carries on the whole time. It gets even worse when I try to lay down or rest my eyes in the car when the feeling occurs. Although sometimes, albeit rare, I can read in the car and not feel nauseous and I still can't figure out what's the cause. I really love reading and it's sad because I can't read while in the car, which is a waste of time, really. So does anyone out there encounter the same problem with me? If yes, anyone knows what's the cause of it? Most importantly, is there a cure to this? Thank you.
