Anyone know if it'll do damage to my insides? I don't believe it will, I think I've heard that I'll just have bad cramping, but anyone who has had this happen to them before, can you tell me anything?

It's too small to cause cramping. It will pass like everything else you eat.
If you are concerned, eat a couple of slices of bread with a lot of butter on them. The bread will go along in your intestines lubricated by the butter and push everything ahead of it including the ball from your tongue ring.
I would definitely go back to where you purchased it and complain, complain, complain. That shouldn't have happened.

I bet that's not the only balls you've swallowed. ;) Seriously though, if you swallowed the post you might have a problem. There's always a chance something like that could tear your intestine. Then you'd be in trouble. If it's just the ball part, you'll be fine. I once swallowed a large straight pin when I was a teenager. Hurt like hell coming out! True story!

no worries, and it is too small to cause cramping in you. i have swallowed my entire tongue ring before it choked me and i had a sore throat but thats about it. and it will pass like food does, and it usually doesnt like to flush all the way down lol. dont worry about it, and just get a new ball for it or possible a new shaft, the threading is getting wore down, and make sure to tighten the ball everyday.

Should be fine, especially since the ball is smooth and round. If you start getting any abdominal pain in the next day or 2 see a doctor.

No experience whatsoever, but just know that stomach acid is extremely acidic so most of what we ingest will dissolve anyway. In fact, gum might be even more dangerous. Also, I know a person who's swallowed a nickel and didn't feel anything funny.

Excellent reason for not putting things in the mouth that don't belong there, it should come out with your bowl movement, but check with the family doctor to be sure about possible damage to your insides.

It should pass with no problems. If for some reason you have strong stomach pains or a bloody stool go directly to the doctor. But for most there is no issues.

It should just come out of you. When I was little I swallowed a ring and it eventually came out.
