I generally don't get PMS bad. I feel achy, sick to my stomach, and my back hurts and I just feel over all weak and tired. Am I sick, or just pms? Is this something I have just been lucky and avoided otherwise? I had some cramps yesterday but they went away. I wasn't able to sleep well last night either. Any ideas or suggestions? I need to make it through the day at work today.

mmm well if you have never had this syptoms before, you should consider making a pregnancy test, you might be pregnant, the symptoms you describe are the ones a pregnant woman has, you get cramps too, so you should check in case you had intercourse, Good Luck ;D

It sounds like it. PMS symptoms vary from woman to woman so it's kind of hard to tell... I know I am PMSing when I feel pissed off all the time and crampy... but yeah that does sound like PMS to me
