you can see it when i wear trousers.the place with the pubic hair,cant remember the name.

Unfortunately there is no way to spot fat reduce no matter what anyone tells you. The location of the fat in your body is primarily based on genetics and hormones and so overall fat reduction is the only way to help remove that stubborn fat.
Try to eat every 2-3 hours, which will result in approx 6-8 feeding opportunities thought the day. During these try to eat at least some protein and a couple of servings of veggies. Do not eat starchy carbs after breakfast ( such as rice or pasta) and stay away from meals high in both starchy carbs and fats ( like hamburgers or donuts) as they will just pack on more weight and probably where you don't want it

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

that area is called the pudenda, and exercising the muscles in that area will help, leg lifts etc. However, be aware that it is part of a woman's genetic makeup to have a fat pad across the entire lower abdomen, it is a protective mechanism.

I had to have a tummy tuck. Nothing else would work. But if you're planning on having more children, I'd wait. Good luck. 2D
