Congenital hypertrichosis terminalis is the rare genetic condition associated with Wolfman.

There is also congenital hypertrichosis lanugosis.

Good luck with your story. I'd be interested on your spin how the full moon affects these conditions.

1)Excessive hair growth is known as hirsutism. It is a condition that occurs in women more than men. Hirsutism is a symptom rather than a disease and may be a sign of a more serious medical indication, especially if it develops well after puberty.

2) Hypertrichosis is another condition meaning excessive hair growth. This often is present at birth.
