i am 19 years old, im not even overweight, I am 5 11 and and i weigh 157, but i still have man boobs!!!! i do work out my chest but the only thing that has helped for is just so i can move my man boobs, would it help if i work out on a bench press with lighter weight and more reps?

I am talking about diet lemonade with no caffeine and other fizzies, not necessarily full sugar cola but I'd be interested about that too

If so, why? WHY!!! I think I might just cut out everything in life I enjoy and live under a rock. I feel in this day and age all of life's little pleasures are condemned.

It seems to happen more when the weather is hot. Ive heard that wearing cotton clothes can help but it doesnt. Even tried closing the door with my elbow but doesnt work either still get a shock the only thing i can do is kick the door closed. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this happening? Thanks

She went to the doctor last week and I found out that if you have a genital warts, your body CAN fight off the virus. Meaning you do not have to carry the virus for the rest of your life. The doctor says it happens in your late teens and early 20's. I heard a brief news report the other day saying that some diabetics were trying to lose weight by purposely overdosing on their insulin. It's become a new category of eating disorders. Is this really happening out there? Does anyone have any experience with someone doing this? It's hard to believe people would put their lives at risk this way.

i just finished swimming lessons, and whenever i get out of the pool my eyes are all red, and they itch. on certain days, however like last night, my eyes got red and swollen, and hurt so much they made me cry. i also get really stuffed up after swimming, and now i have one of those choking coughs, and my chest is really sore. i want it to stop, is there anything that i can do? i am 14 yrs old, and in really good shape

I just had my third child 2 weeks ago. I am going in to have the essure procudure done at my 6 wk check up. They wanted me to get the depo shot right after I gave birth, but I had a bad reaction to it some years ago, so the DR gave me a prescription for the "mini pills". He said to start them as soon as I got home from the hospital, which I did. Now it seems as though my postpardum bleeding is getting worse, it definetly isn't getting any lighter as it did by this time with the other 2 children. Is this because of the pills or is this something I should call the DR about? I also do a lot more and don't have enough time to rest and I'm probally doing more than I should but with 3 kids now, I have to. I am just starting to get concerned with this.

does it matter how much you weigh for cramps to be very bad? im 13, 5 foot 8 inches, and weigh 98 pounds. i am healthy but some think im too skinny. i get terrible period pain cramps and i was just wondering- do cramps come more in fat or skinny people

Hey,

I'm slightly hypothyroid but I don't take any medication for it.
The doctor says it's not serious enough for medicines and that I can live with it.
The problem is that my metabolism is slow because of the thyroid and it's very hard for me to lose weight. I would like to know if there are any natural ways to speed up my metabolism. I know iodine is good, and I already try to eat a little more fish. But what else could help?
