Yes you can, but I don't know exactly how it works. I believe it has to be done quite soon after death. There are situations where this happens because a widow wants her husband's children. Google for more info.

I'm pretty sure that you can freeze before the sperm dies. Usually the cells and other things in the body live about a week after the person dies.
