Gonorrhea doesn't "evolve" into another disease. If you were treated for it, then you do not have THAT infection. But if you are sexually active and not taking precautions, you certainly could have acquired a NEW infection of some sort. Get checked.

No, gonorrhea is completely different than chlamidia or HIV. Gonorrhea will not "evolve" into either of those, or any other STD. You were probably treated with a 7 to 10 day course of antibiotics or penicillin. This would have cured your gonorrhea, but keep in mind that the activity that led to you having gonorrhea in the first place is the same activity that will cause chlamydia or HIV. Unprotected sexual activity with ANY partner can lead to a STD. Realize that if your partner has had sex with others, they may be a carrier for other types of STD's while not showing any symptoms themselves. Chlamydia is often hard to detect, and is fairly common. If you engage in unprotected sexual activity with more than one partner, you are ALWAYS at risk for contracting any number of STD's. Keep in mind that the use of a condom does not prevent transmission of STD's, it only reduces the risk, not eliminate the risk. You should see your doctor immediately and inform your partner about your condition. If you suspect you may be HIV positive, ask your doctor about getting tested. Do NOT put this off and wait.

No....There are diffierent diseases and one does not evolve into another. Gonorrhea is easily treated and cured with appropriate antibioltics and doesn't recur unless you had a partner exposed you gave it back to you so partner notification is essential.

No one disease cannot evolve into another. If you are still sexually active and you suspect you have another std see your doctor as soon as possible.
