Pretty good...but make sure you are walking a couple of miles then. Remember to get good cardiovascular exercise you need be doing 30-60 minutes at least 3 times a week. So walk 2 miles and slowly speed up in time as you get more used to it.

Recheck your time. If you're walking a mile in 15 minutes, you're almost jogging, so why not go ahead and go for a run. The average walking pace is 2 mph, or about 30 minutes per mile. If you did it in 15 minutes, you walked 4 mph. Go ahead and do some jogging. If you can walk a mile in 15 minutes, you might as well be jogging.

You can't walk 1.3 miles in 15 minutes, even if you speed walk. It took me like 12 minutes to walk 3/4 of a mile, about 18 to walk a mile, so 1.3 miles would be between 22-25 minutes. How fast were you walking?

NO, you should increase the intensity of your pace. You should try a light jog in the middle of your walk from time to time. Running/jogging never hurts

Yes. Try and increase your distance, or shorten your time. This will build up your stamina. You are doing a lot of good for yourself.

If you were supposed to get to the train station in 20 minutes, yes. If the train already left, no.
