I had asked question about it previously and I think I wasn't clear enough.
My real problem is mast???ation addiction? What to do about it now.
I've tried yoya & meditation and every such method. What to do know?

This is probably the hardest addiction of all to break. The temptation is always there right in front of you and you touch it several times a day. I too have this addiction and I'm not sure you can break it. I think the best you can hope for is to control it and don't let it control you. Wishing you the best, brother.

Man this is a big problem sometimes one prefers it over sex also, but its with most of the young people. Don't take it as an very big issue, ofcoarse try to divert ur attention from it.
if u do it before sleeping, try to havea partener in the presence of whom u won't think about it. and if u do it in bathroom - go there in tight schedule so that u don't have the sufficient time to do it.
Remember 21 day method, i.e. if u can control for 21 days u can leave it forever!

Masturbation isn't an addiction. It's a normal reaction to the hormones in your body. Your body is designed to make more of you, including the drive to want to do it. It doesn't require that you do anything to deliberately get yourself aroused, like look at ****. It will do that for you from time to time all by itself.

It's easier, and healthier, to just masturbate whenever you feel you need to than to spend all of your time worrying about it and fighting the natural impulse.

I can speak for myself, but after an exhausting workout, masturbating is the last thing on my mind. I'm not talking about weightlifting, but running, cycling and swimming (or other aerobic workouts).

Being physically tired will definitely put a cramp in your sexual desires. This tends to last 1-2 days, until you're fully rested. Good luck!

there's nothing wrong in masturbating.
it does not have any side effects.
it increses our sexual power.
everyone in the world have the right to fullfill his fantasies.ya?
but if u dont wanna b a part of this then it's o.k
make yourself busy in some works.
go out with your friend or relatives for lunch or dinner.

Hey get a girlfriend,i think you will stop,well how often do you do it to consider yourself an addict? Its not that bad but if you want to stop then share your problem with a girl that will understand or you see a therapist.

Do tons of weight lifting so that you're too tired to do it and will be too sore to do it the next few days
