You need to start by changing your question. Neglect lazziness? Neglect means to ignore and not pay attention to. How can you ignore your problem with not being active. The way to avoid being lazy and idle is to be active, physically. Go out and take a walk, do something active, go on a trip. When you are forced to be more physically active you will be more mentally active as well. Find out what you like to do besides watching tv and do it. Take up a project, by your self or with your kids if you have them. Build something. Buy a pet and take care of it. Do something different. And of course, seek God.

Being lazy and being tired are two different things. If it's mainly that you feel physically and mentally exhausted I would look at your lifestyle, any drug use... poor sleep... and other symptoms. Generally it would be best to have a doctor do blood work to rule out many diseases and assess you for depressive symptoms as well.

If you get a clean bill. Then it generally would indicate you can make some lifestyle changes. To begin with, I'd start with a stimulant... for some people the caffeine in coffee works... for other people it's eating more protein. Then I would suggest you start a physical exercise plan that gets your heart pumping... like jogging.

At first it will be hard but if you force yourself you'll get into a good routine and find that you have more energy.

As for lazyness, I would think that if it's not related to a medication or a medical condition... you just sortof have to bite the bullet and force yourself not to be lazy. Try what I said above... and with small steps you'll get more energy.

You should see your doctor sir. It could be caused by diet, sleep disturbances, lack of a certain vitamin or mineral, an underlying illness etc. Your doctor can determine what it is and fix it for you.
