Fast and exercise - You will lose weight if you drink nothing but purified or distilled water (64 oz a day recommended). If you can't handle just water, you can eat some lean meat. If you exercise a bit during your day, this will help increase your metabolism. You might try exercising about 10 minutes at a time, something that increases your heart rate to 80% of capacity. If you get lightheaded or feeling strange (dizzy, crampy), eat a healthy carbohydrate (like a piece of fruit), and go off the fast with your next meal.

Then find a diet that takes weight off at the rate of about 2 pounds a week, as that is a healthy weight loss.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
