Do more back work, pullups, incline rows, reverse butterflies, etc. That will build up your lats and pull things back a little, making the man boobs flatten out a little. Do more incline work to develop your upper pecs and fronts of your shoulders, that will also pull up and flatten out the man boobs.

Do more aerobic stuff to try to lose fat. That's what makes up most of your man boobs.

Options:

Get really big so that the extra tissue is not noticable --heavy weights, low reps, preferably decline bench--works the upper pectoralises--this gives the illusion of a larger chest in less time.

Unfortunately, the nurse above is correct--the skin/tissue has developed and is there for good. Surgery can remove it or you can just do your best with what you've got to work with as above.

Most importantly, remember that it's nowhere near as noticable to anyone but you...teach yourself that we all have flaws and the more we accept and embrace them, the more at ease we will be throughout life (plus it makes us more accepting of others and that is never a bad thing!)

You should go to a gym daily and use heavy weights with about 20-30 reps 5 times. Take an occasional break by doing a warm up exercise like 30 mins on a tredmill then go back to the weights. You'll be fit in no time and your man boob will have turned into pecs :P!

I suggest you see your doctor. You could have a hormone imbalance. We can not give accurate advice about this. We can only give you guess work.

you can't spot reduce, despite the myths. You should be working out your whole body, not just chest workouts.

at your age, the breast tissue you have is not likely to go away without surgery to remove it.
