I'm trying to shed a few extra lbs from my mid section, gain a little muscle, and tone up everything. I do about 30 mintues of cardio at the gym first then lift different muscle groups different days for about 30 min. I eat healthy and and get to the gym 5 days a week. Is this the best approach for what I am trying to accomplish?

I counted fat grams and ate less than 10 until dinner where i ate what i wanted and i only lost 2 lbs for the whole month. I had cut out all hamburgers and everything. I have since backslid which caused depression. Advise what to do captain.

I was holding one of my cats when there was a rather large band outside and as he ran away one of his back claws caught my lip.

So I've got this cut, it goes from about 3 mm up into the skin above the lip to about 3mm into the lip. I don't really know how deep it is I'd guess a couple of mm but now it is all swollen so I can't tell..

It happened about 45 mins ago and is still bleeding a bit. I have been applying pressure.

Just wondering if I should go down to the walk in centre to get it looked at our not...

I don't plan on having any kids for another five years (god willing) but i keep hearing that pre-natal vitamins have all these health benefits. how are they different from other vitamins and will it harm me to take them?

What does it feel like. I am hearing all sorts of different answers. I mean, I know some peoples are worse than others, but I'm confussed. I talked to a nurse who told me it was extreamly painfull, and acted like it would pritty much ruin my life, and then I talked to a guy who has it and he said that he has not had an outbreak in 5 years and that even when he did it was no big deal and did not even really hurt. Can anyone tell me what it's like for them? Thanks, I really apprecialte it.

I have been on the pill for 3 yrs. and just recently have started getting really bad cramps while on the pill. I cannot move, go to work/school, eat. I just feel crappy! Please help me.

According the official reports, about 800,000 people in Kerala have been affected by viral fever and undergoing treatment in different government and private hospitals in the last three week till yesterday. The unofficial report says more than three million people affected by viral fever. Thousands upon thousands have been identified with mosquito-borne chikungunya fever. Denki fever, rat fever and Malaria also found. Reports from Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki and Ernakulam districts indicate that around 100 people have died due to high fever in the last three weeks. The expert teams from Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram visiting the fever-affected areas of Kottayam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. It has asked private hospitals to open special wards for patients suffering from fever and to submit a list of the number of patients arriving for treatment. The affected people came mostly from the weaker sections of society. How can we help?

i was in some severe pain the other night and went to the er where they did an ultrasound and ct scan. The ultrasound confirmed gallstones. They were not clear on how many there were or the size of them. ALso they didnt really tell me what to do about tretment. My pc dr is sending me to see a surgein to see what he says. I am pretty nervous about this. Will i be ok until i get the surgery? If the er thought it was that bad they would have taken it out right away right? Also I was going to a concert with some friends tonight and i was planning on having a drink or 2 socially...is it safe to have a beer? Im so scared, but at the same time I want to be able to live! I am only 23 years old. I was never overweight until my pregnancy then i lost the weight really fast, so maybe this is what casued it?? ANy input is greatly appreiciated...thanks!

and I would need to see a spelcialist to get it out (AT MY EXPENCE) I cannot afford this and think that they should have to pay as now about after 2 months it is starting tohurt like a SOB...I cant even sleep at night cause it hurts. They gave me a temporary crown but it broke off and now I have a broken exposed tooth cause I cannot afford a real crown...I dont know what to do, cause the pain is making me dizzy and my heart hurt.

When this person drinks {which is not very often}her personality completely changes,she starts speaking in an English accent,but has never been out of the United States,her parents are from California......this person becomes extremely sexually aggresive,and then in the morning acts like nothing has happened,I dated this person for about 3 months and noticed this about 7 or 8 times,she was abused as a child but i do not know all the details,when not drinking she is a very articulate,smart ,charming person...a good job and successful,I have met many people since our breakup that known her for 25 years,and I am not the only person who has seen this..I brought this up with her and now we do not talk anymore,but I still am concerned....also she has said things in this state to me that she totally denies the next day{I love you,I need you,don't ever leave me,will you always protect me?}..always in an English accent..strange !!!

I not a fat person. I'm about 5'9, and weight 140. People tend to refer to me as skinny, but thats only because they haven't seen my stomach.
I've eaten alot lately to gain a bit of weight, however the only part that seems to accumulate fat is my stomach. Most people tell me that I don't have a stomach, and am overexaggerating. However they don't seem to understand that when ur tall, and skinny, the littlest bit of tummy shows. I'm starting to feel really selfconcious about this, I don't even wear tight shirts anymore. It seems like the only place I gain weight is around my stomach area. I don't know if it's possible, but I would like to get rid of my love handles, and stomach I have, but not loose weight from others parts of my body, because although i'm fat around my stomach, the rest of my body is skinny, and I didn't want to loose any weight anywhere else but around my tummy. So i'm wondering is it possible to loose weight around ur tummy, and not other places, if so how?

I haven't found anything yet but maybe you found something that works. It would take too long to list all the things I've tried, but suffice it to say that I've tried all the well known common tricks that we hear and read about every day.

if youve had problems in your life with rage, and rage attacks, and controling anger outbursts. what does it mean when youve had one and afterwards your mind is spinning and you feel disorientated about your surroundings and whereabouts, like, you dont no how you came to arrive to this situation? like a feeling of losing all control of coordination?
could anyone explain this?
