All the cautions surrounding ALLI are to prevent idle users and people who think it is going to be a cure all to their weight problem from suffering the unpleasant side effects that can occur IF YOU DO NOT USE IT AS DIRECTED. You need to get educated on this product before you try it. As their advertisements say, this is not a drug to be "tried." You must be COMMITTED to a low fat diet and exercise program before you take it. OTherwise you will likely experience an abundance of negative side effects. As usual there will be people who ignore all the information that accompanies the drug and then complain that it was the drug's fault that they experienced negative side effects. ALLI, when used in conjunction with a low fat diet and exercise program can increase weight loss by about 50%. that means if you were going to lose about 10 pounds without the drug (over time) you would lose about 15 with the drug. Also, the research indicates that these effects taper off at about 6 months of use, so it is not for long term use either.

There's a book title that says it all: If How To's Were Enough, We'd All Be Rich, Skinny and Happy.

Any diet is going to work for some and not others. The reason for lack-of-success is usually not the diet itself, but the motivations and intention of the person following the diet. Know what you're moving towards and BE that person. When you DO the things that person you want to BE does, then you will HAVE the results you're seeking.

Or another great author once said "The fruit comes from the roots."

I was watching a program on the tube that said it had some inconvenient side affects. And suggested you where dark pants because of the oily flatulence that it gives you and to stay within reach of a restroom due to the uncontrollable bowel movements.

i have not, but, i've heard it gives you pretty bad side effects with the belly area. in fact, they recommend starting it on the weekend, so you're not far from home. Or should i say your crapper.

good luck and if you do try it, let me know how it works out.
