yes it can. any time you feel hungry in between meals, drink some water because it's proven to help fill you up. it'll be better for you because unfortunately the triggers for hunger & thirst in the human body get mixed up all the time. the thirst trigger isn't as strong but always gets mistaken for hunger which explains why so many people eat more than needed. If you start to feel hungry, drink some water & it'll help =o) For healthy weight loss always include proper diet & exercise of course....trying to drastically lose weight w/out the help of those two can be disastrous for the body.

I have heard this before as well. but I don't think it's been proven. I always drink ice cold water. In fact everything I drink is ice cold and I'm pretty thin. If you're considering losing weight, then try it and see what happens. Make sure to eat healthy and get a little bit of exercise.

I have heard that drinking ice cold water helps lose weight because your body is working harder to keep warm. Also helps you feel full.

I have heard that is true. Drinking water is absolutely awesome for you in so many ways for you. But! to drink COLD water your body needs to expend some calories to make it warm, so it helps deplete some of your caloric intake!
