ok. i'm 14 years old 5'1 and i weigh 226...i really need to lose weight, and i'd like to lose a good amount before school restarts in september. right now i jog every other night and every day do ab exorsizes for 8 minutes. i don't know how much i want to lose, but i'd like to lose a noticable amount. any advice would be much appriciated, none rude, like get off your ***, because i'm trying, and i don't need that ****.

I have 20/20 vision, but i dont like my eye color (plain ol' brown), i want green or blue, or maybe even a gary-ish type color.

me and my lil sis are goin on a diet and i told my mom and she added that peanutbutter is good 4 you and i wanted to know if its ok to have a PB&J without any bread just PB and the Jelly.....and also who knows what food are good and tast good that me and my sis can eat cuz she wont eat salad so i have to think of something else 4 her i will eat that she wont.................so i need help....!!!!!!!!!! im serious about this but its hard cuz no one in my family is able to stay on a diet but i would if my mom didnt but junk every time she went food shoppin my dad knows it but my mom just doesnt buy anything good.............only a strong and serious person can be in my house and not eat anything fatining and ive done that before..............so HELP GIVE ME HEATHY FOOD I CAN BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how could she punnish me for her own pleasurer , i no they all laugh at me and my cowboy hat, lied cheated killed and used me for a mirriad of things . and now relish the pain i feel for loving her, no more though .im sleeping her away for good.
nevr to worry about her many swallows under mthe bridge , where i lay my head. and my thoughts of her to rest.

When i was 9, my mom past away from skin cancer. She was diagnosed with it 7 years earlier. She was a strong fighter.

Please answer to let me know I am not the only kid that had to suffer through this.

Ok, so this is something I am not too pleased to discuss. But I got pregnant back in April, on May 15th or so I was told that I was having a miscarriage and in horendous pain. I went to Planned Parenthood where they suggested the abortion pill Ru486. I took the pills as directed the first pill at the clinic and the other 4 in my cheek for 30 min then swallow. With in 2 hours I was in pain and passing everything.

My clinician then put me on birth control which I started and took for about 2 weeks. I am not interested in preventing anything, so I discontinued use. I have always been quite regular with my menstural and granted the RU486 will probably mess me up, but what are the chances of me getting pregnant again, like soon?

I am 25 years old and I have wanted the baby but due to medical conditions and my issues with spotting and bleeding I was told I had no other choice.

Please dont judge me or assume I was "killing" my baby as I was already in the process of a miscarriage.

my husband is having some throbbing pains with sharp pains sneeking in at times in his lower left abdomen or upper groin area, he says it doesnt hurt when sitting down just when he is up moving doesnt seem to have any other symptoms nauseau fever or anything else....anyone have any clue if this is serious?

my dad has a problem with crystal meth, pain killers and alcohol. I dont know what to do, he's been using it for a while, im not sure how long. he's not a person that will go to rehab or things like that. im wondering if theirs a way i can help him. hes also very depressed. What do i do?

I have a mole under my arm, close to my armpit. I was just shaving and I jerked it a little. That caused bleeding right under it...kinda seems to be on the border of the skin and the mole, right at the edge of the mole. The bleeding isn't strong, just a little bit, like in any other scratch.
It's a protruding mole, not one of those flat ones, and i've had it my whole life without any strange changes or change in coloration.
Will bleeding/tearing cause a mole to form into skin cancer?

I am a long distance runner. For some reason, when I run about 5.5k, my left leg falls asleep! It goes numb, this makes it very hard to run because its painfull and uncomfortable.

Details:
It takes me about 24 minutes to complete the distance. I run on the sidewalks, no hills, the whole course is flat. After about 15-18 minutes my foot starts to fall asleep. Then it moves up to my knee and by the time I finish my run, my whole left leg from my toes to my knee is asleep and completly numb.
I am sure this has nothing to do with shoes, I tried two different pairs.

Questions:
What is wrong with my leg?
How can I fix this?
How serious is this?
Has this ever happened to you? Yes? What did you do to stop this?


Please help me out, running is my best sport and I really wanted to train this summer. But my stupid leg wont let me!
P.S. this didn't happen when I raced 6-8km races, it only happens when I train, maybe its because my training course is flat?

About 20 minutes ago, I hurt my toe reaaally badly.
I slipped on the floor and stubbed it right into a wall.
It is now black and blue and swollen. It also feels numb. It's burning really badly, still.
Is it broken?!!
I didn't hear any pop or anything but that sound may have been covered by my loud scream..

I am 18 years old and my entire right arm including my fingers has been tingling and going numb for the past 16 days. Some people say it could be a pinched nerve. But I really don't know. Ok, so I'm 15 and I guess at this point in my life I'm dealing with a lot of problems that teenagers face, but I feel very overwhelmed by my problems and just want to escape. I mean my parents are controling and want to know exactly everything that is going on with my life at every second, me and my best friend of 10 years have now went our separate ways for now and I'm very upset about that, and then me and my boyfriend broke up that I loved very much. So lately I have been experimenting with drugs, but nothing serious. Basically marijuana and some pills. I just used them to get away for a while and to feel stress free. I've just been thinking that maybe this could be a little more serious than tipical teenage stuff, and that it's probably depression. I make excellent grades, there's no problem there, it's just everything else. I cry a lot and I am almost always sad and I don't even know why half the time. I'm just fed up with dealing with everything. And no I'm NOT suicidal!

It was already told to me by a RN that is was a skin tag and it is
to small to tie a string around it. Can a regular doctor remove this
or do I have to go to a dermatologist? How do they remove it? Do they numb it before? I have insurance but I assume it doesn't cover even though its irritated by clothes all the time so about how much do they charge? Thanks again!
