In the day time I eat whatever I want, except sodas. At night I watch what I eat and do taebo which is similiar to cardio. Will I loose any weight?

Here's a plan for you to follow.
wake up and do stretches, simple ones to get blood moving.
Take a bath, it wakes up your body b/c it warms your blood and the warmth doesn't fade as with a shower.
Do some taebo and eat some cereal and milk.
at lunchtime, go for a walk and have a heavy meal to last you til dinnertime.
for dinner, have just soup and a slice of bread.
Go for a walk or a bike ride. make it long and keep upping your mileage.
When you get in, drink water. and relax, then take a shower and get into bed.
Have a couple of small HEALTHY snacks throughout the day to keep you going, and take a nap if you need it. Don't drink soda and ONLY have water or milk.
Lessen calorie intake and keep increasing your exercise routine, find new ways to get around. You'll lose weight just by not drinking empty calories. Think carefully about everything you put into your body, and don't let the bad foods in, or anything that is not worth your bodys time of digesting.

It really depends on just what your eating... try to limit your sugars, sat fats, and junk carbs during the day to help lose weight
