i cant tell my friends said i might be... they wont give me a reason so can u tell me how u can tell.?

For me, I can always tell when my period's about to start. About a week to a week and a half before it starts, I start to get bloated and have mood swings. When I start feeling cramps, I'll start by the end of the next day. But I'm one of those women who's like clockwork

Cramps,fatigue,headache,diarrhea, all kinds of things can tell you your about to start your period, some people don't get any signs at all.
I wouldn't be to worried about when it comes it comes.

usually, my face breaks out when i'm about to start. cramping is usually a sign of it also. and sometimes, girls spot a little tiny bit a day or two before the flow comes.

Slight cramps, maybe some discharge, sore breasts. It will happen when it does so don't worry about it just be prepared in case it does.

you get milky fluids also known as discharge, you can actually feel it at times. you get this wet sort of feeling. also yo start to get cramps and crazy cravings. thats how you know! hope this helps!!!

your lower stomach area cramps up and your vaginal area can become so, although that didnt happen to me. you sort of just know when its about to happen i dont really know.. there really isnt a sign saying your about to have your period it just happens.
