hi, i am having strech marks on my belly,thighs n shoulders...i wanna get rid of them.

all the creams n all i have tried but its just waste of time n test of paitience i guess..

i would like to know if there is any simple surgical way to get rid of strech marks once n for all..

i've got lotta strech marks not just one or two...just telling for info.

i guess youre going to tell be sit ups? but ive just never really known how to and its frustrating so what else??? anything you can eat? can jogging help? im 5'6 125lbs i know i dont look fat but i swear i have a belly... what can you do to help get that down or get rid of it?

Whenever my mom walk or stand, she feel a very sharp pain just slightly above the knee cap and the lower part of the leg (excluding the feet). She also suspect internal injuries, which she is not very clear of what the problem is. She had already feel the pain for 1 month, and sometimes she has to raise her leg on a table just to control the pain for a while. She had seek many doctors but none can cure her pain. Even medicines like glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate can't cure the pain too.

Is there a way to cure the pain without taking any medicine but others? Is there any place in Singapore that has good physicians or doctors (beside hospitals)?

if the neurological exam shows 'signs' and the neurologist suspects demyelination, 2 attacks in the past year (both characteristic of MS), female sex 18 years old, no lesions on mri and negative spinal tap? (and the symptoms cant be explained by any other condition)

I snacked 4 beetroots yesterday.. This morning my poo is a raspberry colour (sorry for the info!)

Is this okay??
It’s never happened before...
Are you meant to limit the amount of beetroot you consume in a day?

A month ago my poo was lime green (not sure of the reason) is my body not digesting the food properly??

i had infection on my vagina which caused my feet to be swollen i was given medicines for the infection and the doctor told me that my feet will heal themselves coz its connected to the thyroid gland.my feet right now are not swollen but ave realised some red patches on the sole of my feet they have spreaded to my legs and i have spots on my legs .the red patches on my sole are painful when i touch them and my feet is always dry even when i apply oil and even when i apply oil on myfeet i is always painful,.

lately i've been going commando ;)

i wanna sleep in briefs but im afraid
my mom or younger sisters will come in

OK so I cut my finger a week ago this past Monday. It got smashed/cut between 2 pieces of farm machinery. It was at the joint and only had to have 3 stitches. Dr said I could take my stitches out in a week. Took them out late yesterday afternoon and bent my finger and the cut is still 2-3 cm deep. Put Neosporin on it and a bandaide. Today went to dress it and looks like a reddish circle around the cut. It also is still pretty sore when a try to use that finger very much. They did not x-ray when they stitched it up, but can move my finger just can't straighten it out.
