There is a pill to make your period about 3 days. I don't know about the side effects. Ask your Dr.

There's a birth control pill that makes you only have one period every three months. You should ask your doctor about it. Otherwise, you can just get on a regular pill but don't take the "period week" pills. Just take three weeks and go to the next packet. But you should definitely do it with a doctor's help.

A few months ago I heard that there was a new pill that gives you only 3-4 periods a year. Then last week I heard on the news that there is now a pill that gives you ONE period a year!! I suggest you call your ob/gyn. Tomorrow. :)

do you mean or make them regular instead of irregular?
birth control pills can cause your periods to be 3 days or sometimes less
and with birth control pills you can skip a period-but i would recomend talking to your dr. first.

some birth controls can shorten or distance the period in between them. A low body fat percentage could do it too but don't try it. A VERY VERY low percentage is needed, like that of a professional athelete.
