Crying is as normal as getting older. It releases so many things that may bother you or make you happy. I cry now more than I ever have. I'm 49 and feel so much better when I release things that hurt or make me happy. It is absolutely normal. Go with it. Cry to your hearts content. It is so normal, and if you need to say cry via e-mail then e-mail me. I understand-I do it enough! Let me know if I have helped you please.

I guess it depends if you are an emotional person. I dont cry at all, but then again I really dont get sad or angry, or emotional about things. Some people say crying heals the soul, and that may be true. Bottom line, if you are emotional, those emotions show(i:e crying) and if that makes you feel better great, if not, I dont think its unhealthy. I realized Im an idiot and I am babbling, so I am goin to go.

I remember reading somewhere that there's a toxin that your body creates under stress, and you get rid of it throught tears. Is that what you're looking for? Yes, crying is healthy.
