stop eating sweets (eat one sweet thing a wk)
eat more fruits n veggies (it will give u gas)
start walking at least 30 minutes a day (will make u feel like ur gonna die if u do it right)
try to walk the 30 mintues a day 2 times a day.
cut out pop & teas
drink 4 -20oz bottles of water a day (or 8 glasses of water)
cut out the fried foods. switch to fish n boneless skinless chicken breast. with a salad cut out some of the fatty stuff like mayo replace it with mustard the meat portions should only b as big as ur hand (1 piece) ur food should fit on a paper plate size plate. not a regular dinner plate.

good luck also try to do some situps if u can. also use some 5lb hand weights to to build some muscle. it will take alil time but ull notice inches go b4 weight.

Forget healthy eating plan I consume like a horse and I handiest weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat most likely, if feasible each 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a constant provide of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is way much less more likely to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to consume plenty of prime protein meals and do not pass too difficult at the carbs. Try pass handy on trans and saturated fat even though you're allowed the atypical deal with. Drink tons of water! At least one gallon consistent with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' rely closer to your total water consumption. As for recreation I do a little mild weight coaching 4 days every week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing desktop) 2 days every week with one days relaxation. There is a average notion that doing cardiovascular recreation on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well inspiration as muscles burns plenty of vigour, even whilst you sleep. You do not have got to end up Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll convert to muscles is not going to handiest make you seem bigger however expand your metabolism. Getting tons of sleep could also be fundamental whilst seeking to construct muscle. Good Luck

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
old fashioned oatmeal with egg whites or dried fruit and nuts or fresh fruit is good for breakfast
all kinds of fruit, veggies, whole wheat breads, lean meats, soy products, legumes, yogurts, 60cal puddings, pan spray for cooking instead of oil, skim milk, Kashi cereals, salad spritzer or balsamic vinegar instead of dressings, peanut butter is good but it has a LOT of calories
