i'm a 17 year old kid and i want to gain a little more weight, but my metabolism is too fast or w/e so what can i do to gain weight? what can i eat?

i know someone is gonna tell me its okay to be underweight, but i really would just like to know how i can put on a little weight not a self-esteem talk haha

Haha... gaining weight is so damn easy. Double or triple your calorie intake and you'll easily gain 1/2 per day. Eat as much junk food as you want. Choose foods that are calorie rich such as peanutbutter, cheesecake, butter, etc. Basically, just binge.

Embark upon a resistance training routine whilst upping your protein intake and general calorie intake from healthy foods. You might also wish to look into purchasing a healthy oat-based weight gain shake.

simple. if you want to gain weight, eat until you start gaining. eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, and eat some more. Remember that you are human, and humans put weight on with excess calories over time, its unavoidable.

Start by eating your butt off for the remainder of this week. Weigh yourself tonight and record it. After this sunday, write down your new weight. If its higher, you gained weight, if its the same, you need to eat more, if its lower, your lucky.

bananas in milk. cheese. fruit roll-ups. donuts. basically, eat junk often and eat a lot a few times a day to slow your metabolism down.

Buy some protein powder put it in a milkshake. Do it before you work out and have some after you work out.
